Villatel is seeking a highly organized, proactive Dispatch Specialist to support our Operations team. In this role, you'll serve as the central command hub-coordinating service requests across maintenance and guest experience to ensure every detail is handled seamlessly.

What You'll Do
  • Monitor incoming service requests from multiple channels including phone, email, and digital platforms
  • Identify and address delays or service gaps to ensure timely resolution
  • Prioritize and assign tasks based on urgency, request type, and team availability
  • Ensure all service requests are handled efficiently and meet guest satisfaction standards
  • Maintain accurate, real-time records of requests, assignments, and completion status
  • Coordinate closely with maintenance, housekeeping, guest services, and leadership teams
