Job description

Dispatcher Supervisor

Location: Greater Bay Area, CA

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, NON-EXEMPT

Schedule: Open availability required (including weekends and holidays). Must be available to support and oversee 24/7 dispatch operations.

About the Role:

Diligence Security Group is seeking an experienced and confident Dispatcher Supervisor to oversee our dispatch center operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate high-volume communications across multiple field sites. If you have dispatch, law enforcement, or command center experience—and you're ready to step into a supervisory role—we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of dispatchers across multiple shifts

Ensure accurate, efficient communication with field personnel and clients

Monitor and review incident reports and dispatch logs

Train and onboard new dispatchers

Respond to escalated calls and coordinate emergency response efforts

Maintain shift schedules and ensure full coverage of dispatch operations

Qualifications:

Valid BSIS Guard Card (REQUIRED)

CPR/AED Certification (REQUIRED)

High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or a related field (PREFERRED)

2–3 years of dispatch experience (security, EMS, or law enforcement preferred)

3+ year of supervisory or team lead experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with CAD systems, or similar scheduling/dispatch tools

Advanced technology proficiency (dispatch platforms, spreadsheets, reports)

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
