Job description

Ingles Markets is looking for a Transportation Dispatcher for its transportation division located in Black Mountain, NC. As a Transportation Dispatcher, you will:
  • Coordinate proper and efficient dispatching of scheduled and revised scheduled deliveries to locations of Ingles Markets, Inc.
  • Maintain driver schedules.
  • Distribute driver workload.
  • Communicate with stores and drivers regarding schedule changes.
  • Run reports.
  • Complete dispatch and other department duties as assigned.

Compensation Information:
  • Pay starting at $19.95/hr, depending on experience.
  • $1/hr Shift differential will apply for 2nd & 3rd shift.
  • Additional $1/hr shift differential for floater.
  • Start earning Paid Time Off day 1 (FT).
  • Weekly pay with direct deposit.
  • Opportunities for advancement.

Employment Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.
