Warehouse Order Picker

Location: Hickory, NC

Pay & Schedule

$750 - $1,250+ Weekly

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
(Occasionally as late as 3:00 AM based on operational needs)

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday

4-Day Work Week

Capstone Logistics is seeking experienced Warehouse Order Selectors to join our team in Hickory, NC. If you enjoy staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and being rewarded for your performance, this opportunity offers strong earning potential and career growth.

Our associates play a critical role in keeping products moving efficiently throughout the supply chain while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

What You'll Do
  • Select and build customer orders throughout the warehouse
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including:
    • Single and double electric pallet jacks
    • Reach trucks
    • Forklifts (as required)
  • Use VoCollect systems, RF scanners, and pick tickets to accurately select products
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating a ride-on electric pallet jack
  • Previous warehouse order selecting experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when needed
  • Commitment to workplace safety
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent walking throughout the warehouse during the shift
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working on concrete flooring
  • Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
  • Ability to safely perform the physical demands of warehouse work
