The Disney Experiences Technology team is responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology and digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including the MyDisneyExperience app and Hey, Disney!

Team Description:

Our team creates world-class immersive digital experiences for the Company's premier vacation brands including Disney's Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club.

What You'll Do:

As a Product Manager for Disney Vacation Club, you will be responsible for driving strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement across multiple product areas. It is key for this role to have an understanding of how to use product management models and technology to create an exceptional guest experience, support business operations and optimize Cast and Member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of the product vision, strategy, and outcome-based roadmaps for the business.

  • Define product strategy and present vision and strategic plans to executive leadership throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technology and business leaders to establish strategies that leverage technology to drive business growth.

  • Support teams and internal squads to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.

  • Translate product concepts into actionable deliverables including user stories, epics, and detailed requirements and manage through backlog refinement, prioritization, and user acceptance testing.

  • Attend daily scrums, drive priority decisions, and resolve roadblocks to ensure smooth product rollouts.

  • Negotiate through blockers and influence decisions across technology and business teams.

  • Be data informed by using qualitative and quantitative research, analytics, documentation, and testing.

  • Stay informed on marketing technology trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.

  • Provide regular product and scorecard updates to business and technology leadership.

  • Support ongoing documentation, reporting, and coordination of feature launches and enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 3+ years combined business and digital experience.

  • Supported medium to large technology projects, including collaborating on estimates, scope, and plans.

  • Experience with technical, user and business issues in a digital organization.

  • Identify and articulate the impact of the latest industry trends on our business.

  • Work collaboratively across large matrixed organizations.

  • Experience collaborating with and achieve applicable results through others and the capability to interact within all levels.

  • Experience with Agile software development methodology.

  • Proactive thinker with the ability to thrive in an often ambiguous, fast paced environment.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

  • Working knowledge of markets, products, and competitive landscape (including ability to predict and explain current/future trends), and the ability to translate (both verbally and in writing) technologies into business value.

  • Strong analytical and financial skills.

  • Timeshare industry or related travel industry experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work within a diverse and cross-functional teams in a meaningful way to produce quality results.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in strategy development and day-to-day opertions aligning with business priorities bringing the concepts to reality.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and proven experience driving alignment across multiple stakeholders and mediums.

  • Understanding of the latest product management frameworks and theories and how to apply them to create impactful experiences.

  • A understanding of current Disney Experience capabilities as it relates to converging technology seamlessly into the Guest experience.

  • Out of the box thinking, ability to broker creative solutions with internal and external teams to overcome roadblocks and move projects forward.

  • Executes on data driven strategies and staying abrest of the latest business and market trends while also monitoring guest behavior through analytics and consumer testing to track against KPI's.

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience.

The hiring range for this position in Celebration, FL is $111,900-$150,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
