Your Journey to Success:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality of proprietary software applications by designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans. This role requires a strong background in software testing, proficiency in Agile methodologies, and a commitment to delivering highquality solutions that enhance performance and user engagement. The QA Analyst will collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues, mentor team members, and contribute to a culture of quality advocacy.
Your Mission:
  • Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases for software releases and new products.
  • Perform various types of testing, including functionality, regression, performance, accessibility, browser compatibility, and end-to-end testing.
  • Collaborate with development teams to reproduce errors, diagnose issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Document, track, and update bugs throughout the testing cycle using bug tracking software (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Analyze requirements, identify risks, and define test coverage to ensure comprehensive testing.
  • Assist in setting up and configuring QA testing environments.
  • Learn and implement new testing tools to enhance QA processes.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, tasks, and tool improvements.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing QA environment.
  • Communicate defect information effectively to QA, development, and product teams.

What Sets You Apart
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience (e.g., Certified Software Development or relevant coursework).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on software testing and quality assurance.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Hands-on experience with mobile, backend, and performance testing.
  • Previous experience in automation testing is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in testing tools and platforms such as Azure DevOps, Selenium WebDriver, Postman, and Jira.
  • Familiarity with API testing, database querying, and Git.
  • Experience with Java, WordPress, Confluence, and Adobe Suite products is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Work Etc.) and bug documentation software.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate requirements and identify risks.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to mentor and coach team members.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and process improvement.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in social media or client-facing roles, demonstrating strong communication and issue resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with context-driven, shift-left, and shift-right testing methodologies.
  • Awards or recognition for excellent performance or client service.
