OVERVIEW
At Level99, Hosts are the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. They create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all restaurant guests and entertainment players, demonstrating genuine enthusiasm in every interaction. Responsibilities include managing seating, maintaining the waitlist, and efficiently checking in reservations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet guests in an upbeat, welcoming manner
  • Seat guests to maximize dining room and account for reservations and large parties
  • Communicate wait times, and provide status updates to guests
  • Maintain and present menus to guests when seating
  • Answer the phone and assist with takeout orders, gift cards, and any retail and merchandise needs
  • Express gratitude when guests are departing
  • Walk the dining room to update table status and collect and clean menus
  • Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies
  • When time allows, assist with service in the restaurant, like bussing and running of food
  • Perform all other duties needed and requested

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
