JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Summary

You will need to provide a high level of customer service through communication, cart staging area, cleaning and handling of bags, and quality control of the driving range and practice facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the cart staging area, practice facilities, bag drop, bag room, and cart barn clean and always organized.
- Presenting golf carts in a clean and orderly manner and making sure all systems are on and running. (GPS)
- Cleaning of member and guests' clubs and making sure they are put away in car, bag drop, or bag room properly.
- Always communicating with inside staff, first tee staff, and even grounds crew if needed.
- Friendly interactions with members and guests as they arrive and leave the property.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Preferred 2 years resort/hotel
- Previous reception and point of sale experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and Power Point)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in golf.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passionate about golf and knowledgeable about our Facility
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
- Must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid driver's license
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
