Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for addressing maintenance concerns in a timely manner and maintain CoralTree Hospitality's high standards of service. The Maintenance Technician role is vital in upholding an efficient, safe, and conducive environment. We are looking for someone who is dependable, resolution-focused, and skilled in maintenance.

Qualifications
  • Preferred skill set and experience in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, painting, carpentry, and basic lock repairs
  • Ability to safely use tools and other materials required to perform repair and maintenance tasks
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to manage projects and establish priorities with diverse timelines
  • Experience in problem solving, investigation and research
  • Pro-active approach to problem resolution
  • Comfortable taking directions as needed
  • Able to work well with others
  • Strong ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility for scheduling
