OVERVIEW

As a Human Resources (HR) Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, inclusive of employee relations and talent acquisition. This is a hands‑on role where you will have the opportunity to work closely with team members at all levels and make a direct impact on the growth and success of our organization. The HR Generalist is passionate about getting the details right, anticipating team members and management needs, and advancing the Level99 brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, active sourcing, and facilitating the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and contribute to the development of effective hiring strategies.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to team members and management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations when necessary, and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support performance management processes, including goal‑setting, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
  • Provide guidance to managers on effective performance management and employee development.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:
  • Assist in the payroll process, including the upkeep for information within our UKG platform.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Maintain a positive, upbeat, pro‑active attitude and deliberately inspire the same in co‑workers.
  • Working on special projects, and other duties, as assigned.
MUST‑HAVE SKILLS
  • 8+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
  • Experience with recruitment, including active sourcing.
  • Experience with employee relations, investigation techniques, and performance management
  • Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to promote positive, fair, and ethical relations with all team members as an ambassador of the Level99 brand.
  • Must be able to navigate confidential matters with tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Requires strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
  • Ability to travel periodically as required for staffing and operations in multiple venues.
  • A reliable car, current driver’s license and safe driving record are required.
OTHER DESIRABLE (BUT NOT NECESSARY) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE INCLUDE
  • Multi‑state knowledge and experience
  • Experience with the UKG HRIS
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Familiarity with Human Resources law and compliance
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of a second language, particularly Portuguese or Spanish, a plus
