Key Holder (Product Replenishment), Part-time – Disney Springs

The Key Holder will immerse themselves into the Corkcicle brand, culture, and product assortment, and take pride in providing every guest with a world-class retail experience. In addition to customer engagement and retail sales, they will support the Retail Store Manager in various operational tasks including store opening/closing, product set up and training. They will assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the Retail Store Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist the store team on achieving key metrics and daily sales goals. Meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Perform opening and closing duties assuring they meet company standards.
  • Manage inventory to assure product levels meet daily/weekly standards.
  • Use creative skills for visual merchandising. Prepare products for display.
  • Update the Retail Store Manager on any operational needs.
  • Support new Brand Ambassadors on training and product knowledge.
  • Learn and demonstrate Corkcicle product knowledge.
  • Interact with customers to assess their needs and wants resulting in product sales.
  • Keep current on new products and changes to existing operating processes.
  • Assisting customers in the check-out process using a computer software POS system.
  • Demonstrate professionalism as part of a team.
  • Proactively report customer impacting concerns, thinking outside the box on customer resolutions and sharing best practices.
  • Recommend process improvements and work with management to implement approved changes.
  • Collaborate with the management to provide support for the entire team.
  • Maintain store inventory and cleanliness.
  • Achieve personal and team objectives outlined throughout the year.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
  • Complete satisfactory company training requirements.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures and notify management of any infractions.
  • Report to the Retail Store Manager. No direct reports.

Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED. College degree is preferred.
  • 2 years of previous retail sales experience with a luxury brand is preferred.
  • Experience with Shopify systems and Shopify POS is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment.
  • Successful completion and favorable results of a criminal history, employment background and motor vehicle check.
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements / FLSA Status
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays between the hours of 9:00am – 11:30 pm.
  • The ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. and the stamina to stand for long periods of time when needed.
  • The ability to work in various Florida outdoor environmental elements (sun, heat, rain, etc.).
