The OSINT Collection Analyst is responsible for gathering, organizing, evaluating, and interpreting publicly available information to support military operations, intelligence assessments, and national security objectives.The successful candidate will leverage open-source intelligence (OSINT) methodologies to collect and analyze information from diverse sources, including social media platforms, websites, forums, news outlets, public records, commercial databases, and other publicly accessible resources. This role requires expertise in identifying relevant information, assessing source credibility, monitoring emerging threats and trends, and producing actionable intelligence that supports military and government stakeholders.**Working Conditions*** Position based in the GCC.* May require periodic travel within the region.* Ability to support mission requirements in dynamic operational and military environments.**Responsibilities:*** Conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) collection and analysis in support of military operations and intelligence requirements.* Identify and prioritize relevant open-source platforms and information sources to address operational and strategic intelligence needs.* Develop and implement collection strategies for systematic information gathering and exploitation.* Extract, organize, and analyze information from publicly available sources using both manual research techniques and automated collection tools.* Monitor online environments for emerging threats, trends, indicators, and activities relevant to mission objectives.* Assess the credibility, authenticity, reliability, and relevance of collected information to mitigate misinformation and disinformation risks.* Produce intelligence reports, assessments, briefings, and other analytical products for military and government decision-makers.* Support all-source intelligence efforts by integrating OSINT with GEOINT, POL/MIL, and other intelligence disciplines.* Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to improve situational awareness and operational effectiveness.* Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, collection methodologies, and OSINT best practices.* Ensure collection activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, security requirements, and operational policies.**Minimum Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, Geography, National Security Studies, Information Science, Media Studies, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.* Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in intelligence collection, intelligence analysis, OSINT, or related disciplines.* Minimum 5 years of experience conducting all-source collection and analysis in support of military operations.* Demonstrated experience collecting, evaluating, and analyzing information from a variety of open-source and publicly available information environments.* Strong understanding of intelligence collection methodologies, source validation techniques, and analytical processes.* Experience assessing information credibility and identifying misinformation, disinformation, and influence activities.* Strong analytical, research, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing intelligence reports and executive-level briefings.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience supporting NATO, U.S., Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), or allied military and defense organizations.* Experience using OSINT collection, monitoring, and analytical platforms.* Familiarity with social media exploitation, online network analysis, and digital information environments.* Experience supporting intelligence fusion, operational planning, or intelligence-driven decision-making processes.* Knowledge of Middle East and North Africa (MENA) security dynamics, regional politics, and military operations.* Advanced degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security Studies, Political Science, Data Science, or a related field.* Foreign language proficiency, particularly Arabic.**EEO Policy: Vantor is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive workplace.
