Dragon Alley, the high-energy Asian street food and karaoke destination in Huntsville’s MidCity District, is looking for a dedicated Dishwasher to join our \heart of the house\ team. In our 1990s Hong Kong-inspired kitchen, you are the unsung hero who keeps the handmade dumplings and craft cocktails flowing by ensuring every plate and glass is pristine.

Role Overview

As a Dishwasher, you are essential to the kitchen's rhythm. You will manage the cleaning and sanitization of all service ware and kitchen tools while maintaining a safe, organized workspace during our busiest shifts.

What You’ll Do

  • Sanitization: Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and heavy cookware.
  • Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized dish area, including sweeping, mopping floors, and emptying trash regularly.
  • Kitchen Support: Assist the culinary team with light prep work and ensure all stations are stocked with clean items throughout service.
  • Safety Standards: Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper chemical usage and handling hot equipment safely.
