Mind Discovery Mental Health Services is seeking a dedicated Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our dynamic team in Roseburg, Oregon. • Utilize advanced crisis de-escalation skills to provide immediate support to individuals experiencing mental health crises, acting as the Clinician of the Day to coordinate care effectively.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop comprehensive safety plans tailored to each client’s specific circumstances.
• Document all client interactions and critical incidents on a same-day basis to maintain accurate and timely records, particularly for those at increased risk of crisis service interaction.
• Complete critical incident reporting forms within 24 hours when incidents occur, ensuring compliance and quality assurance standards are met.
• Participate in after-hours care coordination support on an alternating basis to ensure continuous access to mental health resources for clients.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your approach will be rooted in empathy and cultural competence, understanding the unique experiences and backgrounds of each client. By fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance, you will empower individuals to overcome their mental health challenges and achieve their personal goals.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Active and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively in a high-volume caseload environment while maintaining excellent service quality.
• Proven ability to motivate clients and maintain enthusiasm in therapeutic interactions.
• Strong clinical skills, capable of establishing rapport and trust with clients across various demographics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with other mental health professionals.

• Prior experience in a virtual counseling context, utilizing telehealth platforms for client care delivery.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as adolescents, families, or individuals dealing with trauma.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.

Mind Discovery offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflective of your experience and caseload management capabilities.
