Job description

Part-Time
As the **Materials Center Coordinator** at Discovery Ranch South, you will play a vital role in overseeing the organization and management of our materials and supplies. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about facilitating a supportive environment for our students and staff.
Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, ensuring the timely procurement of necessary materials, and maintaining a clean and orderly materials center. You will collaborate closely with various departments to assess their material needs and ensure they are met efficiently and effectively.
This role is essential in supporting the daily operations and enhancing the educational experience for our students, ensuring that they have access to the resources they need for their personal growth and development.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
  • Current Utah driver's license.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as necessary.
  • Experience in a school or residential setting is a plus.
  • Work hours are 2:30-8:00pm Monday - Friday
