A Patient-Centered Medical Home with locations throughout North Carolina has an opening for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. This group is committed to serving patients and positively changing healthcare by delivering timely, high-quality, cost-effective medical services while providing a great patient experience.

Job Details:

  • Salary based on experience & benefits package
  • Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm
  • Mix age patient panel
  • See patients with predominantly private insurance
  • Outpatient only

Requirements:

  • Must be Family Medicine Certified
  • Must have at least one year of provider experience seeing pediatrics as well as adults
