Position Overview:


As the Water & Fire Project Manager, you will be one of the first responders and primary liaison between Paul Davis and customers experiencing property loss due to water, fire, smoke, mold, or storm damage. Your mission is to restore and stabilize the property swiftly, professionally, and compassionately - laying the foundation for a full recovery.


You will:

  • Respond quickly to loss calls and initiate contact with the customer and adjuster.
  • Communicate clearly to build trust and explain the mitigation process.
  • Assess and scope the damage, then document it thoroughly using Sketch, MICA, and Xactimate.
  • Secure applicable contract(s) and obtain proper authorizations.
  • Coordinate, supervise, and assist in the production of all emergency mitigation services - including water extraction, drying, fire/smoke cleaning, mold remediation, and content protection.
  • Work with the team to return the customer's property to pre-loss condition or prepare it efficiently for reconstruction services.

This role requires a proactive, customer-focused mindset and strong coordination skills to deliver fast, efficient, and high-quality mitigation services - while maintaining open lines of communication with property owners, insurance adjusters, and your internal team.
