Hiring Immediately

Tired of restoration jobs that treat you like a number? At Restoration 1 of Birmingham, our lead techs run real crews, get real training, and get paid for the work they do — with weekly bonus opportunities on top of a competitive hourly rate.
What you'll get:

  • $22–$30/hour based on experience and certifications
  • Weekly bonus opportunities
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Ongoing training toward advanced certifications
  • A tight-knit, family-run team — not a corporate call center
What you'll do:
You'll lead crews of up to 3 techs on water, fire, and mold restoration jobs — setting the pace on quality and customer care, training up your team, and documenting jobs right so billing and insurance go smoothly.
What we're looking for:

  • IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification required
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in water, fire/smoke, and mold remediation
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise a small crew
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record
  • Physically able to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in attics/crawlspaces
Bonus points for: additional IICRC certifications (AMRT, ASD, FSRT), trauma/crime scene cleanup experience, or familiarity with Encircle/Xcelerate.
We respond to applicants within 24 hours. If you want steady work, real growth, and a team that has your back after the disaster call comes in — apply now.
Restoration 1 of Birmingham is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
