THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE
As our Federal Construction Site Superintendent, you'll be the driving force behind the daily progress of our construction projects at the military base. You'll coordinate subcontractors, ensure the project stays on schedule, and facilitate effective communication with government representatives. Your role isn't just about knowing the plans and specs; it's about steering the team towards success every day. You'll conduct daily kickoff meetings, lay out the day's objectives, and monitor progress to ensure everything is moving smoothly. You're the one who ensures that the vision on paper becomes a reality on the ground, making this role as crucial as it is rewarding.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
We're looking for a Federal Construction Site Superintendent who can meet the following:
  • 5+ years of construction site management experience
  • Experience working on federal construction projects on military bases
  • This position requires travel. Candidates with flexibility and willingness to travel may be given preference during the hiring process.

Having 7+ years of relative experience is desired but not required! This is a full-time position with working hours from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. We're looking for candidates who are ready to take on the challenge of traveling to other locations across the southeastern US. future projects.
