The DR Analyst supports the development, implementation, and ongoing management of disaster recovery (DR) strategies to ensure continuity of IT services supporting critical business value streams. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in cloud infrastructure, risk management, and disaster recovery practices within a regulated environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support development and execution of the enterprise Disaster Recovery (DR) program aligned with Business Continuity and critical value streams.
  • Conduct risk assessments toidentifyresilience gaps across systems, applications, and processes; drive remediation planning and progress tracking.
  • Define andvalidateRTOs/RPOs in partnership with Infrastructure and Platform teams.
  • Coordinate DR testing activities, including BIA, dependency mapping, and gap remediation.
  • Maintaindocumentationrepositories related to disaster recovery plans, procedures, standards, and lifecycle activities.
  • Track and report DR KPIs/KRIs; support continuous improvement initiatives based on testing and assessment results.
  • Partner with Information Security, Compliance, Governance, and Audit teams to ensure regulatory alignment (e.g., FFIEC, DORA).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Architecture, Business Continuity) to ensure DR strategies meet business and technical requirements.
  • Research industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance DR and resilience capabilities.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 6+ years of IT experience with exposure to disaster recovery, business continuity, or risk management; experience in regulated environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
  • Foundational understanding of cloud infrastructure, IT systems architecture, risk management frameworks, and business continuity principles.
  • Experience supporting risk assessments, disaster recovery testing, and documentation efforts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and track deliverables effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Working knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements related to disaster recovery and operational resilience.
Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $113,300.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
