Job description

Position Overview

This is a full-time opening. Preferred shift will be discussed in interview.

Pre-Employment Requirements

We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Must be able to provide validation of a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED).

Job Requirements

Prior law enforcement or security experience required.

Must be able to follow oral and written orders, assist patients in wheelchairs in excess of 200 pounds.

Must be able to walk long and short distances and stand for long periods of time.

Must display excellent customer service skills and fit in with our company's family-centered culture.

Must be available for all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Investigates, documents, and manages security incidents and hazards.

Emergency/Disaster Preparedness plans.

Demonstrate a willingness to participate in additional training as required.

Proficiency in basic computer skills is a plus.

Conforms to all uniform and grooming standards.

Provides information and guidance to staff and visitors in a healthcare environment.
