Job description
The primary focus of the Restoration Foreman is to provide overall on-site administrative and management skills geared for assuring production as well as the working assistant to the Project Coordinator. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating, and executing all self-performed work. This position requires managing all on-site subcontractors. The Restoration Foreman will have general knowledge/ understanding of all project documents. This position is responsible for associated labor and daily project safety.

What you'll do:
- Be an emergency services lead.
- Be a part of our On-Call rotation
- Meet fill in EMS issues
- Oversee the scope review & follow up
- Project man hours review with Project Coordinator
- Schedule acceptance
- Report to PC daily w/completed work
- Maintain and monitor safety compliance
- Report subcontractor deficiencies to Project Coordinator
- Restoration project management
- Responsible for budget completion
- Maintain a clean company vehicle.
- Equipment use and safety
- Participate in and oversee daily site cleanup
- Return tools to original location
- Complete and maintain DOT forms
- Manage all field labor and ensure all projects are meeting or exceeding budgets.
What you'll need to be familiar with:
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to train other employees.
- Client relations.
- Results driven.
- Strong project and time management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Your success story:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years Restoration/Construction experience.
- Ability to perform the following tasks: general demolition, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, doors & hardware/glass, drywall, finishes, specialties, and general (assist in unloading of items and minor site cleanup).
- Knowledge of timesheet breakdown and submittal procedures.
