Job Title: Restoration/Mitigation Technician – Experience preferred. Candidates with backgrounds in construction, warehouse operations, moving, cleaning, or general labor are encouraged to apply


What You’ll Do

  • Perform water extraction, structural drying, and basic demolition
  • Set up and monitor equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
  • Assist with mold remediation and fire/smoke cleanup
  • Document job progress (photos, notes, moisture readings)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Work as part of a team to restore homes and businesses

What You Need

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work occasional on-call shifts (nights/weekends)
