Job Description: In this position you will be responding to assigned service calls following SERVPRO ® production guidelines. On a daily basis you will be communicating with the Restoration Supervisor making sure all customer needs are met. 
 
What You’ll Do: 
·         Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
·         Keep a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment
·         Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging equipment for each project
·         Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
·         Extract water, set up equipment, clean surfaces and perform demo for restoration projects
·         Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
·         Understand, follow, and perform safety and risk management guidelines along with production processes. Leave jobsite with a clean              and orderly appearance
·         On call rotations for after-hours emergencies
·         Opportunity to travel to disaster areas during regional storm events
Who you are:
·         A team player with a positive attitude
·         Strong work ethic
·         Strong verbal communication skills
·         High school diploma/GED
·         IICRC certifications are a plus
·         Experience in cleaning/restoration is a plus
·         Good fit for those with carpet cleaning, construction, lawn care, pest control and general labor experience
·         Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Physical and Work Environment Requirements: 
·         Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
·         Exposure to cleaning products
·         Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
·         Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
·         Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, under buildings or attics)
·         Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
