Job Description:

The candidates we are searching for are individuals who is self-driven and is searching for something better in their future. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of being humble, honest, and customer service oriented as our main task each day is to assist customers who may be experiencing a home/business disaster emergency and are depending on us to make things right once again.
Our candidate should be dependable and won’t mind being asked to respond quickly after hours in the event of an emergency in a customer’s home or business. Our team routinely has overtime each week as our business is built on unpredictable emergencies taking place in our community and our ability to quickly respond and stabilize the situation for customers need our emergency services. The applicant must have a valid driver’s license and unrestricted insurability. We provide company vehicles but need our team members to legally and safely drive them.

Primary Responsibilities:
  •  Respond to emergency service calls and perform a wide variation of daily assignments.
  •  Work with a real group of team members at various businesses or residences that needs professional water mitigation and restorative cleaning.
  • Drive a company vehicle.
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
  • Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
  • Communicate with crew chief and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills/Experience:
  • Basic math skills.
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
  • High school diploma/GED preferred.
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics), sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
  • Travel locally and regionally when necessary.
Ability to:
  • Pass a 10-year felony background check.
Must have:
  • A valid driver's license.
