Job description

Equip for Equality, a disability rights organization an innovative and expanding social justice (disability rights)organizatioheadquartered in Chicago and providing advocacy and legal services throughout Illinois, is seeking an experienced clinical professional to support efforts to ensure safety and quality of care for people with disabilities in Illinois.and appropriate care matters regarding our clients. The position involves working collaboratively with a team of monitors/A and includes on-site monitoring in facilities and community programs to help ensure that individuals with disabilities have successful community transitions and receive appropriate services in a safe environment. The position further involves analysis and report writing to develop recommendations for systemic change and improvements, focusing on individuals with developmental / intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness.
