Pay: $24.00 - $26.00/hour
Hourly - Non-Exempt

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The OneLess Ministry Coordinator coordinates the day-to-day operations of the OneLess Ministry by supporting programs, events, volunteers, and administrative processes, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.  The OneLess Ministry Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
  • Support OneLess groups and weekly programs by coordinating logistics, including managing CCB groups, registration forms, process queues, and room reservations.
  • Support OneLess events, including OneLess Expo, Love Lived Out, Royal Family Kids Camp, Stop the Trafficking 5K, and respite nights, by coordinating logistics.
  • Maintain the OneLess ministry calendar and collaborate with the Communications Coordinator to support event promotion, including website updates and merchandise needs.
  • Oversee the volunteer process, including managing volunteer inquiries and requests through CCB and coordinating volunteer communications.
  • Track and monitor OneLess ministry budget expenditures.
  • Track ministry goals and key metrics, including event and group attendance and volunteer engagement.
  • Manage the OneLess office space, storage areas, and ministry supplies, ensuring a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

PROFESSIONAL AND SPIRITUAL EXPECTATIONS:
  • Education required: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
  • Experience preferred: 2+ years’ experience in project or event management.
  • Passion and interest in OneLess ministries specifically related to children-at-risk; shown through serving, education or leadership.
  • Strong project management and written communication skills, with a track record of managing multiple events and projects.
  • Independent, self-starter, task-oriented with ability to problem solve.
  • Exhibits a meaningful and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as evidenced by the manifestation of the fruit of the Holy Spirit.
  • Has a commitment to personal and active participation in the fulfillment of the Great Commission (Matthew 28: 18-20).
  • Exhibits a lifestyle appropriate to a person in public Christian ministry by conducting life with the utmost integrity in all situations.
  • Consistent attendance and participation in Grace Church and involvement in the life of the church.
