Property Law - Assistant/Associate/Full Professor ofLaw Primary Purpose and Essential Functions:

The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law is seeking anAssistant/Associate/Full Professor of Law to teach property lawcommencing in the 2027-2028 academic year. We seek applicationsfrom exceptional candidates with a passion for teaching andscholarship, and who are excited about being part of a collegial,student-oriented, committed faculty.Other curricular needs includeconstitutional law, contracts, intellectual property, businessassociations, remedies, family law, employment law, communityproperty, criminal procedure, wills and trusts, negotiation,mediation, and legal research and writing.
