Master Electronics is looking for a Pricing Assistant to join our team in sunny Miami, Florida!

You'll partner with our Pricing team and other departments to keep product and pricing information accurate, competitive, and aligned with our sales and margin goals.

It's a behind-the-scenes role with a big impact, perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, collaborative, and ready to turn data into meaningful results.


Pay Range: $22.00 / Hourly


What you will do?
  • Compile, organize, and validate vendor information to support accurate and efficient data entry
  • Review customer and account documentation for missing or inconsistent information, resolving routine discrepancies and escalating complex issues as needed
  • Enter and maintain customer, account, pricing, and manufacturer data with a high level of accuracy
  • Follow established data-entry standards, system procedures, and formatting requirements to ensure consistency across records
  • Audit existing records to correct errors, remove duplicates, combine incomplete account information, and maintain overall data integrity
  • Monitor and update price lists and manufacturer data to ensure teams have access to current and reliable information
  • Coordinate price changes and quote updates while maintaining accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Openness to learning and using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, compare pricing sources, and validate data accuracy



What you bring to the table!
  • Two or more years of data entry experience with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic Excel skills, including sort, filter, VLOOKUP, formulas with multiple cell references, and data importing
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions
