Dirt Operator

Position Summary
  • Responsible for reading blueprints and specifications to determine the scope of work: location, quantities, and sizes of materials required.

Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License in possession is required

  • Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience

  • Operates Heavy and Light Equipment = Backhoe, track hoe, packers/rollers, sweepers, graders, skid steer, forklifts, tractors & heavy-duty truck (3 tons and up). with additional training in excavation and shoring. (Equipment Operator 2)

  • Operates Heavy and Light Equipment = Fuel Truck Driver, backhoe, track hoe, packers/rollers, sweepers, skid steer, forklifts, tractors & heavy-duty truck (3 ton and up) with additional training in excavation, shoring, DOT regulations and holds a CDL.

Physical Requirements:
  • Selected candidates must be able to complete the following physical functions including but not limited to climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and other repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodation.
