JOB DESCRIPTION
There is an opportunity for conversion from contractor to full-time employee (FTE) after 90 days (or before if in good standing). Full conversion includes full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, education, and paid uniforms plus an additional $.50/hr raise).
Responsibilities:
  • Move materials manually and via forklift. Can forklift certify if necessary.
  • Load materials into trailers and dumpsters.
  • Convey materials from storage or work sites to designated areas.
  • Sort and bale various recyclables.
  • Properly document work performed.
  • Lift objects up to 25-50lbs.

Qualifications:
  • Previous forklift experience preferred, but not necessary as training can be provided.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work 1st shift hours.
  • High school diploma, GED, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Shift Details:
  • The schedule rotates using a Pitman schedule: Mo, Tu, Fr, Sa one week, then Su, We, Th the following week.
  • Have every other weekend off.
  • Paid holidays.
  • Shift hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:PM to 7:00AM

Interviews Waived:
  • Interviews have been waived for this position.

Onboarding Process:
  • All selected candidates will be required to undergo the Cisive onboarding process before starting their employment. This process can take up to 1-2 weeks and does include a criminal check and drug screen.

Work Environment:
  • Ability to use motor coordination with arm, hand, finger, and leg dexterity.
  • Work primarily takes place at a tire manufacturer with exposure to various weather conditions (heat or cold) and physical elements such as dirt, odors, and noise.
  • Environment can be dirty. Uniforms will be provided once converted to a full time employee.
  • All Personal Protective Equipment will be provided including safety boots, earplugs, gloves, etc.
