Job description

Summary:

This role supports a fast-paced wealth management and life insurance practice by

ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional client service, and accurate processing of insurance

applications. This role blends administrative support, CRM management, advisor assistance, and

direct client interaction to help maintain a high-quality, compliant client experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to wealth management and life insurance advisors.
  • Manage and maintain CRM records, workflows, task tracking, and client data integrity.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on life insurance applications, including requirements, underwriting updates, and carrier communication.
  • Assist with scheduling, client onboarding, policy delivery, and ongoing service requests.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering warm, responsive, and professional service.
  • Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely processing and issue resolution.
  • Support compliance requirements through accurate documentation, recordkeeping, and communication.
  • Assist with basic reporting, client reviews, and operational projects as needed.


Required Experience & Skills

  • Prior experience in a wealth management, financial planning, or insurance oô€†Żice.
  • Hands-on experience assisting life insurance advisors and processing life insurance applications.
  • Strong CRM management skills .
  • Excellent client service and communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with insurance carriers, underwriting processes, and financial services terminology.


Work Location: This role may be performed in-office, hybrid, or remotely, but will be expected to

complete an initial in-office training and onboarding period before eligibility to a different work

arrangement.


Annual Salary: Starting salary will range from $60K-70K, based on experience and qualifications.
