Job description

Art City Auto Body is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers, insurance partners, and vendors. This role plays a key part in creating an exceptional customer experience while supporting the administrative functions of the collision repair facility.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.

Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Schedule appointments and assist with intake of repair-related information.

Maintain customer records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and other correspondence.

Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and report preparation.

Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, estimators, and insurance partners.

Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.

Assign jobs to service advisors

Assist Service advisors with A/R & Final Bills
