As a Director, Strategy Realization you will execute key strategic initiatives that shape the Company's organizational processes, capabilities, and operating model.
In this role you will:
  • In collaboration with district and business units, consistently drive strategic initiatives forward.
  • Guide high-impact programs with a focus on aligning each initiative with corporate values and objectives.
  • Facilitate decisive actions and proactively address obstacles to ensure that strategic project plans are completed timely and on budget.
  • Apply and maintain frameworks to monitor and measure the business impact of strategic initiatives, ensuring effort translates into meaningful outcomes.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with districts and business units providing a consistent flow of information and education on project status and goals.
  • Communicate effectively to overcome obstacles, align diverse opinions, and prepare stakeholders for change as the organization implements new initiatives.
  • Proactively identify potential risks, delays, and gaps in decision-making, ensuring prompt escalation and resolution to maintain project momentum.
  • Track and report performance against strategic targets in partnership with functional owners, including productivity, margin improvement, diversification, and market share outcomes.
  • Operate and support governance structures for strategic programs, including steering committees, executive reviews, and escalation forums and recommend improvements as needed.

What you bring to the table:
  • 5+ years' experience in general management
  • Four-year degree
  • Wholesale distribution experience preferred
  • Large-scale project management experience
  • Knowledge of the electrical distribution industry
  • Finance and accounting
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Influencing and collaborating effectively across diverse teams
  • Organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
  • Business acumen
  • Ability to transition between high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution

Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, standard business hours, in office
Compensation Details: The expected base salary for this position is starting at $135,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.
