Director, Clinical Quality Improvement

Job Summary

The Director of Clinical Quality Improvement leads systemwide performance improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and evidence-based strategies. This role works closely with senior leadership, physicians, and frontline teams to evaluate quality metrics, implement sustainable improvement plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance patient outcomes across the hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Healthcare Administration, Operations Analysis, Clinical field, or related discipline)

  • Master’s degree preferred• 3+ years of healthcare continuous improvement experience

  • Including 1 year using statistical and improvement methodologies• 3–5 years of leadership experience in an acute care environment

  • Must include at least 1 year working closely with senior leadership and physician teams
