Keep every event moving with the products, systems, and supplier partnerships that power unforgettable guest experiences. The Director of Food and Beverage Purchasing will lead purchasing, inventory, receiving, and supply chain processes for Northwest Stadium. This role will partner with culinary, operations, finance, and venue leadership to ensure products will be sourced, received, stored, tracked, and distributed accurately, safely, and cost-effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, hospitality, finance, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, warehouse, supply chain, or inventory management experience
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, purchasing systems, invoices, inventories, and cost controls
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, inventory systems, procurement platforms, and financial reporting tools
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, product rotation, receiving, and storage standards

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads purchasing, receiving, warehouse, and inventory operations
  • Manages vendor ordering, pricing, product availability, and invoice review
  • Maintains inventory controls, product rotation, and storage standards
  • Partners with culinary and operations leaders to forecast event needs
  • Reviews purchasing data, cost trends, waste, credits, and product usage
  • Supports month-end inventory, financial reporting, and budget controls
  • Ensures compliance with Levy standards, safety practices, and sanitation requirements
