Job description

NSE Products, Inc seeks a Product Compliance Analyst in Provo, UT. This position is eligible for an employee referral bonus.

Duties
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers to ensure quality and compliance throughout development, manufacturing, and assembly phases.
  • Review, evaluate, and approve technical specifications, raw material standards, and finished product criteria to ensure alignment with Nu Skin Enterprises (NSE) global requirements and applicable regulatory frameworks, including FDA and Southeast Asia authorities (BPOM, TGA, NPRA).
  • Support NSE specification owners in defining product and material quality attributes and acceptance criteria ensuring all quality and safety requirements are met.
  • Participate in supplier audits and production start-ups to verify GMP compliance and ensure consistent manufacturing performance.
  • Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, assess risk, and recommend process improvements across multiple product categories and manufacturing sites.
  • Lead and support investigations of product deviations and nonconformances; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure regulatory compliance and prevent recurrence.
  • Apply specialized knowledge of Southeast Asia regulatory frameworks to ensure accurate compliance, reduce market-entry risk, and facilitate effective engagement with our regional partners
Requirements
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Microbiology, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Business Data Analytics, Management Science, or related scientific or quantitative discipline (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of experience in a related position.
  • Requires 5 years of experience with:
    • Regulatory Compliance in FDA-regulated or comparable global regulatory environments;
    • Product compliance, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or quality systems within a regulated manufacturing industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or consumer health products);
    • Quality Management Systems (GMP, CAPA, deviation investigations, supplier quality oversight);
    • Operations and Supplier Management within regulated manufacturing environments;
    • Data Analysis and Risk Assessment applied to product quality and manufacturing performance;
    • Product Lifecycle Management including specification development and cross‑functional technical review;
    • Southeast Asia regulatory frameworks including familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable to Nu Skin's Southeast Asia and Pacific markets, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
