Job description


Title: Program Manager - Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
Duration: 6 Months - Contract to Hire
Location: Portland, OR
Job Description
  • Lead large, complex strategicprojects or programs, assuming accountability for delivering results
  • Manage project/program team,including other project managers, internal and external resources
  • Develop project plans,budgets, scope, timelines, outcomes, and deliverables using internal PMO toolsand templates
  • Identify, manage, and resolveinter-project/program dependencies, working with other PMs and NWNstakeholders
  • Conduct analyses to estimateand track project costs and budgets
  • Create and maintainproject/program operating model, including working with key stakeholdersand steering committees
  • Define resource requirementsand negotiate availability with resource managers
  • Manage vendor relationshipsto align vendor schedules, costs, and deliverables with the overallproject plan
  • Establish, maintain, andupdate project risk log. Resolve project issues and escalate asappropriate
  • Manage project change controland follow existing policies
  • Ensure project-relateddocumentation is accurate and complete.

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressiveproject management leadership experience
  • PMI or equivalentcertification preferred
  • Master's degree in business,technology or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in projectmanagement software, Planview
  • Strong preference is to haveexperience in leading Field Operations, GIS Implementations, and AssetManagement.
  • EAM projects or the followingtechnologies: Clevest, IQGEO, ESRI, SAP, Azure, M365.
  • Thorough knowledge of projectand program management theories, models, and techniques
  • Demonstrated success applyingproject management concepts and techniques across large, mission-criticalprojects/programs
  • Strong communication andpresentation skills across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated analyticalskills, including problem solving and critical thinking, with attention todetail
  • Ability to facilitatemeetings and manage difficult conversations with tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to gain and maintaincredibility at all levels of the organization
  • Understanding of businessprocess improvement and change management desired
