Job Description

The Senior Consultant provides consulting services to our healthcare client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. 

This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of signage construction projects from initiation through completion. This role requires up to 25% regional and national travel.  

What you'll do  

  • Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, and programs. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. 
  • Manage large-scale, multi-site signage rebrand programs, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning and due diligence through fabrication, installation, and closeout while providing strategic vendor management and execution support.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert for enterprise signage programs by maintaining standards, governance, vendor management, brand compliance, and strategic signage solutions across the organization.
  • Provides signage support to Facilities Management and Project Management teams through issue resolution, brand guidance, project coordination, vendor engagement, pricing support, and service level management.
  • Strong vendor management skills with proven experience building and maintaining relationships with national and regional signage partners. Demonstrated ability to manage vendor performance, negotiate costs, oversee project execution, resolve escalations, ensure adherence to brand and quality standards, and drive successful delivery of large-scale signage programs.
  • Provides brand and design expertise to evaluate custom signage applications, support evolving branding needs, and ensure alignment with corporate identity standards.
  • Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and risk identification. 
  • Define and manage the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct sophisticated requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients. 
  • Ensure all functions remain on schedule, and issues get resolved or advanced. 
  • Facilitate regular meetings and produce meeting notes to review project status for active and pending projects. 
  • Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion. 
  • Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives. 
  • Showcase expertise in own job field and in-depth knowledge of other job subject areas within the organization function. 
  • Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function. 
  • Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies. 
  • Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals. 
  • Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence. 
Qualifications

What you'll need  

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. 
  • 8+ years of experience directly managing signage projects and programs, including large-scale national rebrand initiatives across multiple locations. Proven track record leading complex signage deployments from planning and due diligence through fabrication, installation, and project closeout while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and field teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Experience and understanding of the signage fabrication and installation process, including the ability to review and interpret signage plans to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency with established standards. Proven experience managing field partners and vendors throughout installation, coordinating project execution, resolving field issues, and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions. 
  • Problem solving using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), MS Project. Smartsheet and Bluebeam experience is beneficial  
  • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality. 
  • Ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects and strategic initiatives simultaneously, ensuring priorities are aligned, resources are effectively managed, and key milestones are achieved on schedule.
