Job Summary
Responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving company security policies, procedures, and programs that protect people and property across non product facilities, while providing indirect support to product facilities as needed. The role leads strategic and operational execution across Executive Protection (travel, corporate events, and key leader protection) and oversight of the Corp. Office Security Operations Center (24/7/365 monitoring, emergency intake, and incident coordination)
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
  • Provides 24/7 oversight for Security Operations Center (SOC) operations, ensuring continuous security monitoring and efficient emergency intake .
  • Monitors facility CCTV and hotlines, reports system errors, and supports access control administration such as badge creation and unauthorized access tracking. .
  • Develops the design, installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of security technology systems, including burglary, CCTV, and access control for corporate sites.
  • Forecasts trends involving security-related incidents to strategically formulate and deploy effective loss and risk mitigation strategies .
  • Conducts comprehensive onsite security assessments to identify vulnerabilities, recommending and implementing necessary corrective actions .
  • Maintains critical relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to coordinate engagement and support as required.
  • Leads security personnel across various operating models, ensuring optimal training, system readiness, and strong cross-functional partnerships with internal stakeholder. .
  • Coordinates Executive Protection services for key personnel during travel and corporate events to guarantee safety, discretion, and business continuity.

  • Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience. May recommend/make decisions regarding new programs/initiatives that have significant impact to the business and carry consequences in unsuccessful endeavors.
  • Manages a larger team or multiple small teams through direction of subordinate management and/or supervisory staff.

Work Environment
  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
  • Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.

Education and Experience
  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally, 7+ years of experience in a related field.
