Ropes Course Operators Wanted!Are you ready to elevate the fun and excitement for our guests? Apex Entertainment is seeking a dynamic Ropes Course Operator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests as they navigate the thrilling ropes course. This position offers the opportunity to rotate between the Ropes Course, Go-Karts, Bumper Cars, and Laser Tag, keeping your workday diverse and exciting.Responsibilities:Safety First:Develop a comprehensive understanding of the ropes course, including safety protocols, equipment usage, and visitor guidelines.Welcome guests with professionalism, ensuring they are properly harnessed, wearing appropriate attire and footwear, and familiar with the course rules.Guide and support guests as they navigate the course, providing instructions, encouragement, and assistance as needed.Monitor and regulate the number of guests on the course at any given time to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience.Verify that children meet the height and age requirements before allowing them on the course.Conduct thorough inspections of harnesses and safety restraints before each participant's challenge.Exceptional Guest Service:Deliver outstanding customer service, embodying our company's core values and exceeding guests' expectations.Demonstrate multitasking abilities, managing multiple guests and ensuring their needs are met promptly.Provide assistance to patrons entering and exiting the course, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.Embrace any additional tasks assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of our operation.Requirements:Minimum age of 18 years old.Experience working in the food & beverage and/or hospitality industry is a plus.Ability to stand for 4-10 hours at a time, accommodating the physical demands of the role.Prior experience working with amusement rides is advantageous.Flexibility is a must, as the role requires a schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.Maintain a professional appearance, representing Apex Entertainment positively.Weekend availability is essential, ensuring seamless operations during peak periods.Perks and Benefits:Join a dynamic and dedicated team that celebrates passion for fun and service.
