Onsite job:Principal RF Test and Power Engineer Level 3 | Baltimore, Maryland, United States Onsite Job: Principal RF Test and Power Engineer Level 3 - Baltimore, MD About the Role Join Indotronix as a Principal RF Test and Power Engineer Level 3 in Baltimore, MD, and play a critical role in advancing high-performance RF and power systems for defense applications. This is an onsite, first-shift position ideal for technical leaders passionate about hands-on engineering and driving production excellence. Responsibilities - Design and implement test methods and equipment for advanced RF, analog, and digital systems - Troubleshoot complex RF, power, and digital hardware to identify and resolve technical issues - Analyze test data, identify trends, and drive enhancements in system performance and production yield - Support hardware delivery, First Time Through Test Yield (FTTTY), and root cause analysis initiatives - Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize processes and system reliability - Mentor and provide technical guidance to technicians, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM discipline - At least 5 years of hands-on experience in RF, power, and digital systems testing (2+ years for Engineer level) - Proficiency in reading schematics, troubleshooting hardware, and using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters - Strong understanding of RF theory, digital circuits, and power system components (diodes, transistors, capacitors) - Active DoD Secret Clearance (required to start) - U.S. Citizenship Preferred Skills - Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field - Experience with C/C++ programming, LabWindows/CVI, TestStand - Familiarity with PXI/PXIe, VME, LVDS systems - Extensive hands-on high-speed digital and RF test experience Benefits - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for advancement and professional development - Collaborative team environment with technical mentorship - Exposure to cutting-edge defense technologies - 1st shift work schedule and work-life balance - Travel opportunities (up to 10%) How to Apply Elevate your career by applying today.
