Active DoD Secret Clearance – Required to start
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement test methods and equipment for RF and digital systems
Troubleshoot RF, power, and digital hardware issues
Analyze test data and identify trends to improve performance
Support production yield (FTTTY) and hardware delivery goals
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on improvements
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
Provide technical guidance to technicians
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field (Master’s preferred)
2+ years (Engineer) or 5+ years (Principal) of relevant experience
Knowledge of RF theory, power systems, and digital circuits
Experience reading schematics and using test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, signal generator)
Experience troubleshooting electrical systems
Additional Requirements
Active DoD Secret clearance
U.S. Citizenship
Preferred Skills
Experience with C/C++, LabWindows/CVI, or TestStand
Familiarity with PXI/PXIe, VME, and LVDS
Hands-on experience with RF and high-speed digital testing
