Work Environment

As a member of our team, you will work remotely within a structured, full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Utilizing telehealth technologies, you will connect with clients through secure platforms, thus promoting accessibility while ensuring that clients receive high-quality services wherever they are. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and cultivating meaningful therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical standards.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to review progress, reevaluate treatment goals, and discuss upcoming appointments or potential discharges based on client readiness.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized, client-centered treatment plans that reflect each individual's unique circumstances and therapeutic needs.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to support clinical decision-making and compliance with organizational standards.
• Utilize electronic health record systems and stay proficient in various software applications to streamline documentation and client management tasks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in Texas.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including RMS and electronic health records (such as Pimsy) as well as basic software applications like Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with remote counseling practices and telehealth technologies for delivering effective treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

We value our staff and offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 75,000 – 90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
