Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
  • A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
  • Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are required to ensure timely and accurate documentation and follow-ups.
  • Ability to navigate client records and case management software effectively, promoting efficient workflow and documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in community mental health settings or similar environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with various evidence-based therapies and the ability to adapt approaches to fit individual client needs.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and management techniques.
  • Knowledge of community resources and tools to refer clients for additional support services.
