Job description

Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Summary
We are looking for Licensed Therapists in Minnesota to provide telehealth therapy to adults with low-acuity mental health needs. This role combines professional flexibility with the chance to make a measurable difference.
Schedule & Compensation
  • Monday through Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
  • $100,000 - $110,000 annually
  • Full benefits package

Key Duties
  • Deliver secure video-based therapy sessions
  • Develop individualized care plans and adjust as needed
  • Track progress and support behavioral change
  • Maintain detailed, accurate case documentation

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong communication and technology skills
