Build post-project audits, summarizing project returns and leveraging that information when analyzing future investments
Work with the Construction team to track and ensure timely billing and collections from landlords
Seek out opportunities to improve capital planning processes, increasing efficiency, accuracy, and completeness, and building repeatable systems
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate real estate financial processes, improving efficiency, scalability, and data integrity
Support ad hoc real estate financial analysis and strategic initiatives as required by senior leadership

Proficient in financial modeling and analysis with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel; experience with financial planning systems or data visualization tools (e.g., Hyperion, Essbase, IBM Planning Analytics, Power BI, or similar) is a plus
Experience with real estate pro-forma modeling, site-selection analysis, or capital project tracking is a plus
Strong understanding of financial statements and key business performance drivers
Proven ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable insights
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights for both finance and non-finance stakeholders
Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Experience working cross-functionally and building strong business partnerships
