We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director of Rail to join our leading engineering firm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow our rail engineering services across a designated region in the United States.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for growing and developing one of the largest Region
  • Oversee and manage the overall rail-related business within the Region
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our rail engineering services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure project delivery meets high quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and project managers
  • Collaborate with other regional directors and corporate leadership to align with company-wide objectives
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations in rail engineering
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license required
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in rail engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successful project management and business development
  • Strong understanding of rail infrastructure, systems, and regulatory environment in the US
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region (up to 30% travel may be required)
