Key Technology:SDET, BDD Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coach 4 direct reports and 36 indirect reports.
  • Drive Quality Practices and Standards across the Organization
  • Champion the culture of quality delivery through requirements-based testing
  • Lead, Manage and Mentor large QA Team
  • Drive growth and standards of Automated Testing Practices
  • Track and report on all quality metrics at team, process and production operating levels
  • Make data-driven recommendations to enhance operational excellence, leading the implementation of new processes and activities
  • Process-oriented mindset and high degree of familiarity with modern test technologies and tools
  • Provides status updates and progress reports to the project team, senior leadership and the Strong organizational skills
Skills and Experience Required: Required:
  • Director level leadership experience in leading QA teams of size approximately 35 to 40.
  • Experience in Automation testing and leading SDETs
  • Some familiarity with BDD
  • Client facing skills and leadership level communication
  • Able to perform Strategic work (50%) and Tactical work (50%)
  • Ability to work collaboratively across several teams in big organizations
