Job description

We're looking for a people-first Manager of Project Management to lead a team of project managers and run their own projects. This role will orchestrate cross-functional launches across Product, Creative, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. You'll coach your team, remove roadblocks, and level-up our processes so every launch moves from "What if...?" to "On the shelf!"-on time, on budget, and on brand.

  • Lead the team- Set clear goals, run weekly 1:1s, deliver candid feedback, grow careers, and uphold a high-performance bar.
  • Build the bench- Recruit, onboard, and rapidly ramp project management talent as the team scales.
  • Own the plan - Build crystal-clear project timelines in ClickUp and keep every task, dependency, and milestone on track. Focus on both individual projects and the overall portfolio.
  • Drive collaboration - Facilitate crisp decisions across Product, Creative, Marketing, Sales, and Operations; keep global partners and factories in the loop. Clarify priorities and make sure no detail (or sample shipment) slips through the cracks.
  • Master risk - Spot roadblocks before they appear, adjust the plan, and communicate changes with calm confidence.
  • Champion clarity - Run energizing meetings, share concise updates, and keep global partners in the loop.
  • Optimize the engine - Apply Lean and BPM principles to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and level-up how we work.
  • Inspire momentum - Model positivity under pressure and foster a culture of continuous improvement and "let's-do-this" fun.

What You Bring

  • 9+ years of project/program management experience (CPG preferred), including 1-3 years leading PjMs or project teams.
  • Mastery of modern PjM tools-especially ClickUp-and the ability to create scalable, elegant workflows and dashboards.
  • Proven track record delivering multi-stakeholder launches on time and on budget.
  • Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and executive-ready reporting skills.
  • Proven ability to lead by influence, juggling multiple priorities without losing focus. Strong organization and prioritization across multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Comfort working on-site (5 days/week) in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Bonus points for experience with product safety regulations, third-party manufacturers, or advanced Excel wizardry.
  • PMP strongly preferred
