Job Summary:

They are seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong Scrum experience to lead digital transformation initiatives, manage large-scale projects, and ensure alignment with business goals in the hospitality/cruise sector.
Responsibilities:
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery using Scrum/Agile methodologies
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation plans
• Track and report project performance, ensuring transparency at all levels
• Ensure alignment with hospitality/cruise business objectives and timelines
• Manage multiple projects in parallel and ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years in a Project Manager role
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
• Experience working in global teams and managing offshore/onshore coordination
