Overview of Opportunity 

Two Six Technologies is actively seeking a Director of Program Management - Telecommunications Lead to join our Trusted Electronics & Effects team. The team is composed of intelligent individuals, passionate about 5G/6G/FutureG wireless networks and resilient communications. The team is growing and looking for someone with a program stewardship and engineering background who has an understanding of how to drive ~20% year-over-year organic revenue expansion while managing complex DoD and IC technical programs. If you are active in full-lifecycle portfolio capture, government stakeholder management, and next-generation wireless strategy, the team wants to talk to you!

This position is located in the Two Six Arlington office.

What you will do:

  • Direct the planning and execution of high-visibility, mission-critical programs ($10M or more) across our telecommunications portfolio, providing programmatic expertise and strategic direction to program staff.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by establishing accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and performance expectations aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Manage profit/loss, financial risk, and indirect/program budgets with strict discipline around EAC and ETC tracking while maintaining pipeline qualified growth (~20% YoY target).
  • Act as the primary, trusted operational point of contact for COTRs and government stakeholders, fostering transparent communication and maintaining delivery excellence.
  • Drive capability expansion and pipeline development by leading full-lifecycle proposal responses, capture milestone reviews, strategic partnerships, and technical roadmapping for 5G/6G/FutureG and next generation wireless capabilities.
  • Establish repeatable operational processes and controls that build and maintain program governance, quality execution, and resourcing decisions.

What you will need (basic qualifications):

  • Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
  • 12+ years of experience in program management, technical management, or systems engineering within the defense and intelligence sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in leading full-lifecycle capture and proposal efforts to achieve revenue growth and maintain pipeline qualified growth (~20% YoY target).
  • Technical understanding of 5G/6G/FutureG, private 5G, Open RAN, resilient wireless infrastructure, and related technologies.
  • Proven profit/loss and risk responsibility for assigned programs ($10M or more), including strict budget management and EAC/ETC tracking.

Nice to have (preferred):

  • Direct operational experience engaging and collaborating with DoD SCO, USCC, OUSW(R&E) stakeholders.
  • Technical experience with reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and related capability development. 
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or an advanced technical degree in engineering or computer science.

Security Clearance:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
